Dear Entropy (“the Company”) operates the Via Lumi service (“Via Lumi”) and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea (“PIPA”) and other applicable laws and regulations.
This Privacy Policy has been established to protect the personal information of both domestic and international users.
1. Personal Information Collected
The Company collects the following personal information for the purpose of responding to inquiries and consultations, and when requested by the user, for proceeding with clinic appointment coordination:

ᄋ Social media account information (WeChat, WhatsApp, etc. / optional)
ᄋ Phone number (optional)
ᄋ Email address (optional)
ᄋ Date of birth (optional / requested only when proceeding with a clinic appointment)
ᄋ Any other information voluntarily provided by the user during the inquiry process
Personal information is collected through the Contact form on the Company’s website.
2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes, as permitted under PIPA:
ᄋ Receiving and responding to consultation and inquiry requests
ᄋ Providing service-related information and customer communication
ᄋ Managing consultation history for returning clients to ensure continuity of consultation and services
3. Retention and Use Period
The Company retains personal information only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, in accordance with applicable laws.
However, to ensure continuity of consultation and services for returning clients, personal information may be retained as follows:
ᄋ Retention period: Up to three (3) years from the date of the most recent consultation
Upon a user’s request for deletion, personal information will be promptly destroyed unless retention is required under applicable laws.
4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
As a general rule, the Company does not provide users’ personal information to third parties.
However, where a user requests the Company to proceed with a clinic appointment, the minimum personal information required by the clinic for appointment scheduling purposes (such as name and date of birth) may be provided solely for the purpose of appointment coordination, in accordance with the user’s request.
Except where required by applicable laws, the Company does not provide personal information to third parties.
5. Rights of Data Subjects and How to Exercise Them
Users have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information under PIPA.
Such requests may be submitted via email, and the Company will take appropriate action without delay, in accordance with applicable laws.
6. Measures for the Protection of Personal Information
The Company implements appropriate technical and administrative safeguards, including SSL security certification, to ensure the safety of personal information.
7. Cross-Border Access to Personal Information
Personal information is collected and managed in the Republic of Korea.
However, for the purpose of smooth communication and consultation with international clients, certain personal information may be accessed or used outside of Korea. In such cases, the Company applies the same level of protection as required under PIPA.
8. Consent
By submitting the Contact form, users are deemed to have consented to the collection and use of their personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea (PIPA).
